Nice Dice - 3D dice roller App Reviews

Excellent dice simulator with great options, had some performance issues, got slower in my iPhone6, but seems to work better now. Great tool for Dungeon Masters and Roleplayers.

I downloaded this app. I tried it. After using it for about 30 seconds I close my phone, lay it down on a table, go outside and stare into the sunset. As I stare, theres a question I keep asking myself. The longer I stare, the more I ponder this question. I go back inside and return to my phone. I open this app once more and realize, the answer has been infront of me this whole time. This app is the key to everything in our lives. Past, present and future. We must learn from our mistakes, that apps like this are like pressing your hand on a hot stovetop. Not good now, or in the longrun. 11/10

Nice graphics but the dice repeatedly comes up with the same number. On one occasion we got 6 five times in a row.

I like the different backgrounds and dice you can choose, you should make glass dice next but great app.

Really, this app was worth the money when I forgot my dice collection. I spent the small amount of money for the full features, expecting to never use it past one night. Well, since then, I still keep the app handy for quick, easy, aesthetically pleasing tabletop fun! Appreciate all the effort spent on keeping it updated. A new patch every other week is great to see in an app Ive had for 6 months now.

Great dice for games like magic or DnD but if you want things like a coin toss or a 7 sided dice roll. Then you need to pay for that. Pretty good though

This is a crappy app. It promises lots of great die but then you have to pay for all but two kinds!

Wish I could rate 0 stars really maybe for 6 sided die but who uses 20 and 1.99$ for anything else?!?!Im gonna just ask Siri to roll a 12 sided die or get another app.

Great app, but some very key features are missing. Example Time Stamping Rolls. So that people know its a current roll. Inviting others to view your rolls. And better more creative designs for the die and backgrounds. If you did these things, this app could be used for online role play. That would be epic.

Need to add a 3 sided die option. Some wizard spells in DnD use it

This app is excellent even without the purchasable extras, though to play D&D with it, youll want to buy the $0.99 expansion, to access all the dice. The only quibble I have is that the dice "feel" too light. They have a tendency to bounce, and they sometimes tip over previously rolled dice, affecting your total. Other than that, this is a great simulator, especially for those of us who are mysteriously unlucky with physical dice.

I love the app and bought the full version. I am a teacher and it works great for my 3rd graders so I dont have dice flying around the room. However, even though I bought the full version it wont load the full version on my other iPads. Normally when you buy an app you can use it on up to 10 devices. Is there something Im missing ? How do I get the full version I paid for on all of my devices? If I can get this straightened out I would be happy to give the app more stars.

Once dice are "dropped," they stay where they landed -- you cant move or arrange them in scoring groups. This is a totally flat, boring dice game. Dont waste your storage space on this loser!

Really smooth and fun to watch and play with. Using it for some games, works really well!

Only shows a black screen

Good action on the dice, most of the time. About half the time the dice come to rest crooked (not flat). The x to clear the board is too small - I miss it a lot, my 5-yr old misses it about half the time which rolls another die. With a little more development this would rate 5 stars.

Im using this app with my math students. I find it very helpful and the kids really like all the options such as dice color and background. I purchased the option for additional sides on the dice and that is especially useful for math games.

Some dice, like d20 and d12, are hard read. Its hard to tell which one is face up. Otherwise functional, but that was the main reason I wanted it.
